    Description

    Here's an early 1900's trailer hitch coupler, ideal for buyers period correct restored vintage trailer. Normally when I get these they are made by Acme, but this one has no brand name cast-in. When fully opened I measure 2", but I can't guarantee this coupler will actually take a 2" ball, these older couplers normally take a 1 7/8" ball, and I don't presently have a 2" ball for testing. I have disassembled the hitch and power wire brushed it, it now works perfectly. I left the remaining red paint on the hitch, buyer to paint color of choice.
